How to assemble and disassemble the counter balanced weight?
SOCMA heavy duty forklift usually need to disassemble the counter balanced weight to reduce the machine weight when transportation. So how to assemble it when receive?
1, Transport the forklift and parts to smooth and hard ground operation site, where has hoisting equipment (the hoisting capacity of crane is more than 40tons).
2, Unload the forklift and parts on the ground.
3, Disassemble the wrappage on the balance weight.
4, Use tools to loosen the 2pcs bolts （M303170）on the small balance weight, then connect a rings which can hoist 1ton with the small balance weight to load 2pcs small balance weight to another place.
5, Use tools to loosen the 4pcs connecting bolt between big balance weight and balance weight mounting rack, put them another place.
6, Connect 4pcs hoist rings on the big balance weight, hoist rings can lift capacity 15tons,
then use hoist rope with 4pcs lifting hook to horizontally lift big balance weight.
also make sure that hoist rope can lift capacity 15tons.
7, Remove balance weight mounting rack, drive the forklift to crane working site, brake forklift. put the wood on the the front and rear tires place to avoid the forklift slide.
8, Crane lift the big balance weight and put it in the mounting place of big balance weight, set into 4pcs bolts （M362250）, firstly lock 3/1 bolt teeth, then adjust the place of the big balance weight and below balance weight and rear splash guard well. finally remove hoist rope, hoist ring.
9, Lock and fasten the 4pcs bolts（M362250）which connect the big balance weight, tightening force is 2259-3012Nm.
10, Use crane to lift 2pcs small balance weight to the mounting place of big balance weight, set into bolts（M303170), lock and fasten bolts after adjust place well, tightening force is 1293-1723Nm
11, Finish.
